SCS-100 is a highly concentrated blend of wetting agents and emulsifiers,
water softening ingredients and oil release agents. SCS-100 is totally biodegradable and is environmentally and people friendly. Extremely high dilution ratios guarantee a low cost solution to a potentially high cost problem.Application:
SCS-100 is designed to mitigate and disperse hydrocarbon fuel spills on pavement and roadways as well as on water. It is an excellent choice when degassing or removing Hydrocarbon residues from storage tanks, ship bilge's and sewers. Reduces flammability or L.E.L. in a confined space.Directions for use:
Fuel Spill on Pavement: For large spills dilute SCS-100 1-2% with water and spray on surface. Flush with copious amounts of water. For small spills dilute SCS-100 with 5-10 parts water and agitate into spill. Flush well with water.
Storage Tanks & Process Equipment: Charge tank or vessel with a 2% solution of SCS-100 in water and circulate.
Sewers: Add 5% solution of SCS-100 in water to sewer and flush with large amounts of water.
Ship Bilges: Add SCS-100 to bilge at a ratio of one part SCS-100 to 50 parts of total bilge liquid.
Spills on Water: Spray undiluted SCS-100 directly to spill and agitate.Physical Properties:
